Our book does provide complete directions for making your own cutting templates. But if you do not feel comfortable making your own templates, you can purchase them from Too Cool T-shirt Quilts.

This set of 10 templates are laser cut for precision by Quilter's Rule. (http://www.quiltersrule.com/)  With this set of templates you can cut any size block that you need from any T-shirt.

Template Stand

When you are working with 10 templates, it can be a challenge to pick up the right one from among the stack of templates. A template stand can help! This stand will hold all 10 of our templates. If you are making multiple quilts, this is a big time saver. Or you can use our template stand to hold your commercial templates.

The stands are between 12" and 14" long, about 8" wide and about 2" tall. They have 7 slots and will hold all 10 Too Cool Cutting Templates.

Long Arm Machine Quilting for T-shirt Quilts

We offer long arm machine quilting of T-shirt quilts made with the Too Cool method.  Nearly 10 years of quilting T-shirt quilts on a Gammill Stitch Regulated long arm sewing machine is more experience than most quilter have.

If you want your quilt long arm machine quilted and are unable to find a local quilter, then perhaps we are an alternative.

Please note: We will only quilt T-shirt quilts made with the Too Cool method.

We uses Hobbs Bonded 80% Cotton/20% poly. If we provide the batting, it costs .23* cents per inch. We will add 6" to the width of your quilt. So for a quilt that is 60" wide, the batting charge will be figure as follows: 60" + 6" = 66" x .23 = $15.

The cost of quilting is calculated by adding the length + the width of the quilt and multiplying by 1.05*. For example, the price for a quilt that is 60" x 84" is figured as follows: 60 + 84 = 144 x 1.05 = $144.00

Shipping is $17*

So the total cost for a quilt that is 60" x 84" would be: $15 batting + $144 Quilting + $17 shipping = $176.00

If you would like us to bind your quilt the cost is calculated by adding the length + the width of the quilt and multiplying by .3. So for a quilt that is 60" x 84" is figured as follows: 60 + 84 = 144 x .3 = $43.00

Half the estimated total cost is required with you send the quilt top to us.
