Ordering Information

1. Choose from your T-shirt/sweat shirt collection the approximate number of T-shirts needed. (see the chart on the Pricing page)
   
   • We will use all the designs and logos on the T-shirts with the exception of advertisements. If there is a part of the T-shirt that you do not want used, clearly mark it with blue painters masking tape. If there is an advertisement that you do want used, let us know that too.
   
   • Please wash the T-shirts before mailing. Please do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets - the perfumes make us sneeze!
   
   • Please do not cut your T-shirts, we get to do that.
   

2. Print and complete the order form and send it to us with your T-shirts and a check or money order for ½ of the anticipated amount due. The balance is due upon receipt of the quilt. If you would like to use PayPal or a credit card, indicate that on the order form. A PayPal or credit card payment will be due upon receipt of a "ransom" photo of the quilt. (See the Pricing page for more information.

   • Please indicate the color backing you would like us to use on the form. We have just about any color you would like including blues, greens, reds, purples, and maroons. If there is a special color you would like, let us know and we will try to find it.

3. E-mail or call us before you send your T-shirts to let us know they are coming. Mail your order form and T-shirts to us.

Other Order Information

• After the T-shirts are cut, we will call or e-mail you with the quilt dimensions that your T-shirt could make. At this time you can decide to accept the dimension of the quilt or you can add or remove T-shirts so the quilt is the size you want.

• It will take 6 to 8 weeks for us to complete your quilt. We will notify you if your quilt requires more time.

• If the quilt is for a Christmas gift, the T-shirts need to be received by October 30th to be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery. If it is past October 30th, please call us because we may still have enough time to make your quilt.

• For graduation quilts, T-shirts need to be received 8 weeks before the quilt is needed. Please note that graduation time is our busiest time and the earlier you get your T-shirts to us the better. But if you have less than 8 weeks before the quilt is needed, we may still have enough time to make your quilt - but please call!
